PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stator for generators and a generator wherein it is possible to easily and reliably fix a junction between an armature coil and a lead wire for generation output to enhance the efficiency of junction fixing work, and it is possible to minimize a space for fixing the junction to reduce size. SOLUTION: The stator 4 includes: an annular stator core 7; multiple teeth 10 protruded from the stator core 7 in the radial direction; and an armature coil 11 wound on the teeth 10. The stator core 7 detachably includes a clamper 16 for fixing the junction 14 between a terminal 11a of the armature coil 11 and a terminal 13a of the lead wire 13 for generation output.
