PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve or alleviate the problems, such as, channel access delay, channel utilization rate and subchannel acquisition probability by respective communication devices, with respect to a communication system in which frame communications among devices are carried out randomly via channels having a plurality of subchannels. SOLUTION: When each device randomly communicates frames via a channel having a plurality of subchannels (1010), the devices carry out selection procedures to select a reservation candidate subchannel (1012). The selection procedure to be employed at this moment allows a ranking to be obtained by permutation and permutation to sequence and set of the subchannel identifier so that the reservation candidate subchannel is selected according to he ranking.
