PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic program information output device for outputting screen data for displaying electronic program information and video information of a television broadcast in an indicator, capable of easily and efficiently arranging an electronic program guide and video of a television program during viewing on a display screen. SOLUTION: An electronic program guide creating part 10 creates an electronic program guide, based on information of a program title of a broadcast program, taken from database of an electronic program information management part 9, and information of a broadcasting time period so that a screen data creating part 11a creates screen data in which video during viewing and a banner, indicating the electronic program guide are arranged.
