PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-output type crystal oscillator capable of outputting a sinusoidal signal and a rectangular wave signal with a simple circuit configuration. SOLUTION: The two-output type crystal oscillator has an inverter circuit 10 composed of a CMOS inverter IC1, a first feedback resistor R1 for self-bias connected between the input and output of the CMOS inverter IC1 in parallel, and a positive feedback circuit 11 connected between the input and the output of the inverter circuit 10 in parallel and composed of a series circuit obtained by serially connecting at least a crystal vibration element 20 and a second feedback resistor R2, outputs a sinusoidal signal from the input side of the inverter circuit 10 and outputs a rectangular wave signal from the output side of the inverter circuit 10.
