PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication terminal device that is prevented from making a call to a telephone number included in data for display when a self-device is in a shape unsuitable to voice communication. SOLUTION: The communication terminal device 100 is provided with a shape detecting part 116 for detecting the shape of the self-device, a main control part 114 for displaying data for display including a telephone number, and a communication control part 113 for making a call to a call destination specified by the telephone number. Since the main control part 114 is configured so as to be able to call the communication control part 113 only when the shape detecting part 116 detects that the shape of the self-device 100 is a predetermined shape for speech communication, a user can not make an unexpected call when it is not in a shape for speech communication.
