PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switching hub to promote an address learning. SOLUTION: The switching hub includes an unidentified information adding means 6 to add a destination unidentified information to a frame to be transmitted by a flooding, an unidentified address registering means 7 to register a destination address of the frame as an unidentified address when the address unidentified information receives the added frame, and a priority adjusting means 8 to increase a priority of a repeating of the frame when a transmission source address of the received frame is registered as the unidentified address.
