PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blur correction device appropriately correcting blur with less overcorrection. SOLUTION: The blur correction device comprises: an image input means for inputting images; a blur detection means 104 for detecting the blur of the image; a pixel value detection means 103 for detecting the change direction and change amount of the pixel value of the image; and a correction means 107 for correcting the blur of the image on the basis of a correction amount adjusted according to the change direction and change amount of the pixel value.
