PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To search defective pixels as the object of correction without requiring time until the start of reading. SOLUTION: A defective pixel determination device is provided with a pixel data acquisition part 100 for acquiring the plurality of pixel data of a plurality of channels; a high frequency position extraction part 110 for extracting high frequency pixel data positions as the positions in the alignment directions of the plurality of light receiving elements of pixel data having the high frequency components of each of a plurality of channels; a defective candidate position acquisition part 120 for acquiring the high frequency pixel data positions having high frequency components of any one of a plurality of channels as defective pixel data candidate positions as the positions in the alignment directions of the plurality of light receiving elements of the pixel data as the candidates of the defective pixel data; and a defective pixel determination part 130 for determining the pixel data of the defective pixel data candidate positions acquired by the predetermined number of continuous image pickup operations as defective pixel data.
