PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat storage system and a heat storage device capable of preventing the service life of a heat storage body from getting short. SOLUTION: In this heat storage system 100, erythritol 3 and oil 2 are stored in a heat storage container 1a. The erythritol 3 stores heat by latent heat storage. The oil 2 performs heat exchange with the erythritol 3 by being in contact therewith, and separates from the erythritol 3 because its specific gravity is smaller than that of the erythritol 3.
