PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of refrigerating devices in which a non-azeotropic refrigerant mixture is used wherein the operation of a refrigerating device is difficult to be stabilized by detecting the state of the inside of the refrigerating device or the avoidance of the mal-function of the refrigerating device is difficult since the state of the inside of a refrigerant circuit is difficult to be detected because a composition is included in the quantity of state of a refrigerant. SOLUTION: The circulation composition of the refrigerating device is detected, and the state of the inside of the refrigerating device is accurately detected using the circulation composition. The refrigerating device is constituted to detect directly a value of the quantity of state, when the quantity of state not detected accurately exists because of an error of the detected circulation composition or the like.
