PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas spring capable of preventing damage of a seal member by allowing inclination of a rod. SOLUTION: The gas spring comprises a casing, the rod 11 and a support part 13 capable of supporting the rod 11. The support part 13 has a guide part 40 capable of guiding the rod 11 and a curved part 44 formed between an axial end surface 50 and the guide part 40. The curved part 44 has an axial curved surface 42 extending in the axial direction while gradually separating from the outer peripheral surface of the rod 11 toward the end surface 50.
