PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power transmission chain and a power transmission device relaxing stress acting on a link in a press-in part and appropriately balancing fixation and stress relaxation at the press-in part. SOLUTION: Recess parts 21, 22 for relaxing stress of the press-in parts are provided near the press-in parts of an upper and a lower edge part 18c, 18d of a pin fixing part 18. Recess parts 23, 24 for relaxing stress of the press-in parts are provided near the press-in parts of an upper and a lower edge part 17c, 17d of an inter piece fixing part 17.
