PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that when an engine is continuously accelerated, an engine speed and a maximum vehicle speed are made in an upper limit condition correspondingly to the present set maximum no-load rotation. SOLUTION: In this work vehicle mounted with the engine provided with a common rail, an accelerator pedal changing the engine speed is provided. When an instruction for increasing the engine speed by the accelerator pedal is continued for predetermined time or more, an engine control device changes and sets the upper limit region of the maximum no-load engine speed to a higher rotational speed. The accelerator pedal changing the engine speed and an auxiliary gearshift lever changing a sub speed change position in a transmission are also provided. When the position of the auxiliary gearshift lever is shifted to a high-speed side, the engine control device changes and sets the upper limit region of the maximum no-load engine speed to the higher rotational speed.
