PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical composition exhibiting an excellent leukotriene production inhibiting effect. SOLUTION: The pharmaceutical composition is prepared by blending (a) fluticasone and/or a salt thereof and (b) at least one component selected from glycyrrhizic acid and salts thereof, chondroitin sulfate and salts thereof and zinc sulfate in combination.
