PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new use of the ovarian membrane itself of a salmon or an ingredient extracted from the ovarian membrane. SOLUTION: This cosmetic having a histamine release-inhibiting action is characterized by containing the ovarian membrane itself of a salmon or the ingredient extracted by treating the ovarian membrane with a protease. Thus, the cosmetic contains the ovarian membrane itself of the salmon or the ingredient extracted by treating the ovarian membrane with the protease to give the histamine release-inhibiting action.
