PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reversal mechanism of a hoisting accessory, reducing the impact of a machine by smoothly stopping reversal when suddenly reversing. SOLUTION: A disk is provided on the same axis of a reversal shaft for reversal. An inclined part by a recessed part and a projection part is arranged on an outer periphery of the disk. A pressing mechanism is provided for pressing the outer peripheral surface of the disk. The pressing mechanism has a roller.
