PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe machining device for performing facing process of a hole and a notching part easily, rapidly and correctly without performing the positioning work of a pipe and a tool one side- face by one side-face when performing the facing process of the hole and the notching part in the end part of a pipe. SOLUTION: The machining device for machining the holes and the notching parts in the end part of the pipe is provided with a first punch 1 which is movable back and forth with an actuator 3, a fixed second punch 2 which is arranged facing to the first punch 1, a receiving fitting 4 which is arranged between the first punch 1 and the second punch 2 and inserted into a pipe 8 to be machined, slide parts 5 for supporting the receiving fitting 4 straightly movably back and forth, a repulsive member 7 for pushing back the receiving fitting 4 and a stopper part 6 for controlling a stroke in which the receiving fitting 4 is advanced along the slide part 5.
