A cover for a cooking pot is provided to discharge steam through a steam discharge hole formed on the cover when an internal steam pressure is generated within the cooking pot by installing a moving body that opens and closes the steam discharge hole. A cover for a cooking pot comprises a cover(100), a handle unit(110), a locking unit(120), and a moving body(130). The cover has a through hole(102) on the center. The handle unit is installed above of the cover, comprising a handle body(112) having a connection hole to be connected with the through hole of the cover, and a support member(116) provided on below the handle body, having a steam discharge hole(118) having an open lower side and making a tight contact with the upper surface of the cover. The locking unit is provided above the cover, and fastened below the handle unit. The moving body, capable of moving up and down, is disposed between the handle unit and the locking unit. |
