The invention relates to a method for producing a multipart construction from sintered oxide ceramic material, comprising a first part, which surroun ds a second part at least in certain regions. The method is to be developed in such a way that it is not necessary for the individual parts to be of a m ultipart form to allow them to be joined together. For this purpose, it is p roposed to form a first shaped part and a second shaped part from an oxide c eramic blank, the first shaped part and the second shaped part being of an i ncreased size in comparison with the first part and the second part by an en larging factor that compensates for the sintering shrinkage, to sinter the s haped part that is at least partially surrounded by the other shaped part, t o assemble the sintered shaped part together with the other shaped part and subsequently sinter the assembled shaped parts.
