<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a layered product having a birefringence layer, wherein the thickness unevenness is reduced and a relation of nz>nx=ny is satisfied. <P>SOLUTION: The layered product has a base material, and the birefringence layer which is formed on the base material, wherein the relation of nz>nx=ny is satisfied, and the birefringence layer includes an acrylate polymer.
