<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power generation system using waste heat of a cement baking plant. <P>SOLUTION: In the waste heat power generation system for a cement baking plant, an AQC boiler is provided with an economizer, an evaporator, and a superheater, and a PH boiler is provided with a first evaporator and a superheater. Part of hot water heated by the economizer of the AQC boiler is charged through a flasher into a low pressure stage of a steam turbine. Part of the rest is superheated by the evaporator and the superheater of the AQC boiler, and part of the rest is superheated by the evaporator and the superheater of the PH boiler. Obtained high pressure steam is charged into a high pressure stage of the steam turbine. On the assumption of above, (1) the PH boiler is provided with a second evaporator on the PH waste gas outlet side in addition to the evaporator and the superheater, so that return hot water from the flasher is introduced through a steam drum to the second evaporator, and (2) hot water heated by the second evaporator is introduced to the steam drum, and obtained steam is charged into the low pressure stage of the steam turbine. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
