A nitrogen gas filling type expansion and pressurization device is provided to prevent a trouble of circulation by maintaining operating pressure of an expansion tank at high pressure. A nitrogen gas filling type expansion and pressurization device comprises a circulation piping system(10) for a cooling and heating system, an expansion pressure line(200), an expansion pressure tank(230), and a nitrogen supply unit(250). The circulation piping system cools and heats a specific zone by supplying a heated heating medium from a heat source equipment(1) to a load(10a). The expansion pressure line is diverged from one side of the circulation piping system. The expansion pressure tank, connected to the circulation piping system by the expansion pressure line, has a non-diaphragm type hollow tank for returning expansion water to the circulation piping system by the pressure expansive force of nitrogen gas. The nitrogen supply unit joined to one side of the expansion pressure tank injects nitrogen into the expansion pressure tank. The circulation piping system is parallel to a heat storage tank(10b) for storing heat generated by the heat source equipment, and has a supply pump(10c) at an inlet of the load and a returning pump(10d) at the inlet of the heat source equipment. |
