<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cement raw material firing apparatus provided with an extraction apparatus by which not only a volatile components from a cement raw material firing apparatus system is reduced, but also an extraction gas treating apparatus itself is stably operated for a long period and is simplified, and the concentration of the cement raw material contained in an extracted exhaust gas is reduced. <P>SOLUTION: In the cement raw material firing apparatus provided with an extraction pipe for extracting a part of the cement kiln exhaust gas and the treating apparatus for removing a volatile component from the exhaust gas, a swollen part is provided in a portion that is on the surface of an inlet hood of the kiln side and at the height ranging from a position under 1/3 of the kiln diameter from the uppermost part of the kiln to the upper end of the inlet hood in the position of an inlet hood for connecting a cement raw material pre-heater to the kiln and where the gas on the wall surface flows from the upper side to the lower side and≥1/2 of the area of the swollen part is occupied, and the extraction pipe is connected to the swollen part, such that the problems are resolved. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
