<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve the high efficiency of the management function of network resources or computer resources. <P>SOLUTION: This resource management device performs assignment of network resources or computer resources necessary for execution of a job by identifying a type of the job, and to refer to a job database showing a service class corresponding to the type of the job.
