<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting system allowing a power-supply unit 2 having large output power to be installed therein, and composed by installing the power-supply unit 2 on the outer bottom surface of a device body 1. <P>SOLUTION: The power-supply unit 2 supplying power to LEDs 5 is arranged on the outer bottom surface of the device body 1 having a container-like shape with the LEDs 5 housed therein to be positioned in an outer region of the periphery of the device body 1 through an arm part 3.
