PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inductor element the occupation area of which is small and which has large inductance. SOLUTION: The inductor element is provided with a first conductor that is made square and spiral and a second conductor that is made square and spiral corresponding to the first conductor with a dielectric layer in between. The inner peripheral end of the first conductor is electrically connected with that of the second conductor adjacent to a square corner formed by the first and second conductors.
