PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blind nut type fastener preventing formation of a minute gap between a flange and a buckled fastening leg after fastening. SOLUTION: The fastener 1 includes the flange 2, a plurality of fastening legs 3 extending from the flange 2, and nut parts 5 at tips of the fastening legs. The fastening legs are finely formed at buckling sections 10 to define start of buckling. A nut side leg part 11 has higher strength than a flange side leg part 13. An adhesive layer 9 containing micro capsules filled with epoxy resin adhesive is applied on a surface facing a member to be fastened of a butting part 7 of the flange 2. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
