PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal device where a connection terminal is not separated from a terminal block even if a terminal mounting screw fixing the connection terminal to a terminal conductor of a circuit breaker is loosened. SOLUTION: This terminal device is structured such that a first connection part 371 of a connection terminal 37 is directly or indirectly screwed and connected to a terminal conductor 4 of the circuit breaker from the back side of the circuit breaker 1 by a screw means 93 mounted to the first connection part; its connection direction can be changed; the terminal block 22 mounted to the back surface of the circuit breaker is provided with an engagement part 2411 engaging with the connection terminal when the first connection part of the connection terminal is located at a predetermined relative position with respect to a through-hole 241; and insertion and extraction of the connection terminal 37 into/from the through-hole 241 of the terminal block 22 is prevented by engaging the connection terminal 37 with the engagement part 2411.
