PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a folding structure capable of easily reusing a corrugated fiberboard in a folding container using the corrugated fiberboard. SOLUTION: Both right and left folding side plates 7 and 8 and both front and rear supporting side plates 5 and 6 are alternately juxtaposed in the peripheral direction in a developed condition P of a peripheral wall between a bottom plate 1 and an upper frame 2. Both upper and lower division plate parts 10 and 11 of both the right and left folding side plates 7 and 8 formed of a corrugated fiberboard are connected to each other by an intermediate folding part 12. The upper division plate part 10 is attachably/detachably connected to the upper frame 2 at an end folding part 13, and the lower division plate part 11 is attachably/detachably connected to the bottom plate 1 at the end folding part 15. Both the front and rear supporting side plates 5 and 6 are turnably supported by the upper frame 2. In a folded condition of the peripheral wall, both the upper and lower division plate parts 10 and 11 of both the right and left folding side plates 7 and 8 are folded at an intermediate folding part 12, and overlap the bottom plate 1, and both the front and rear supporting side plates 5 and 6 and the upper frame 2 overlap on both the right and left folding side plates 7 and 8. As a result, both the right and left folding side plates 7 and 8 can be easily attached/detached to/from the peripheral wall, and the reuse of the corrugated fiberboard and change of both the right and left folding side plates 7 and 8 can be easily performed.
