PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular air conditioner equipped with the moisture adsorber, which reduces ventilation resistance due to a moisture adsorber, and easily ensures a large amount of air at the time of rapid cooling. SOLUTION: Two ventilating passages which are a first ventilating passage 11a and a second ventilating passage 11b are arranged in parallel, and moisture adsorber 5 is provided, in a unit case 1. The vehicular air conditioner AU comprises a first adsorbing element 51 and a second adsorbing element 52 movable to: a first ventilating passage fully closing position intercepting the first ventilating passage 11a and forming an opening part OS not intercepting the passage in the second ventilating passage 11b; a second ventilating passage fully closing position intercepting the second ventilating passage 11b and forming an opening part OS not intercepting the passage in the first ventilating passage 11a; and a half-opening position which is a middle position between both fully closing positions and forming the opening parts OS not intercepting the passages in both of the first ventilating passage 11a and the second ventilating passage 11b, as the moisture adsorber 5.
