PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dust removing device of a blanket which is capable of completely and efficiently removing the dust sticking to the surface of the blanket. SOLUTION: In regard to the dust removing device which removes the dust sticking to the blanket in offset printing, the dust removing device of a blanket cylinder is composed of a dust removing roller which is disposed opposite the blanket and rotates and moves in contact with the blanket, while removing the dust sticking to the blanket, a driving part which drives the dust removing roller to rotate and move, a dust removing roller washing part which washes away the dust sticking to the dust removing roller, and a control part for controlling the driving part and the washing part.
