摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a handling robot holding a workpiece, and also holding a suction hand unit for sucking a workpiece using a suction pad with claws of the same hand device. SOLUTION: The hand device 2 holds a workpiece with the claws 3, and the claws 3 of the hand device 2 have an inside supplementary shape 23 holding the body 15 of the suction hand unit 8 and an inside through hole 14 opened to the inside. The body 15 of the suction hand unit 8 has an outside opening 26 connected to an elastic seal 17 by piping with a pipeline 16 in the body and opened to the outside of the elastic seal 17 to be fitted to the inside through hole 14 opened to the inside of the claws 3 of the hand device 2. After performing the operation for holding the workpiece, the claws 3 of the hand device 2 hold the suction hand unit 8 inside of the claws 3 of the hand device 2 to perform the operation for sucking the workpiece 24 with the suction pad 19 of the suction hand unit 8.
