PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a half blanking method of a copper plated steel sheet by which the copper plating layer can be left on the side face of the working part of a worked product. SOLUTION: Press working is applied to the copper plated steel sheet of thickness t by using a half blanking die, wherein Rp/t≥0.06 is satisfied for a punch shape and Rd/t≥0.06 is satisfied for a die shape.
