PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent recurrence of a fraudulent act by promptly coping with the act to fraudulently change a set value of ball payout ratio of a game machine and storing information specifically useful as preventive countermeasures after the event. SOLUTION: The device includes: a slot machine 1 that checks the set value of the ball payout ratio or detects a change operation state and outputs the result from an external centralized terminal board 3 as a signal under the change of a setting value (hereinafter referred to as a signal under setting); a call lamp 12 placed near the slot machine 1; and a hall computer 4 connected to the slot machine 1 via a network. The hall computer 4 comprises: a communication part 5 for lighting or flickering the call lamp 12 when it receives the signal under setting; a control unit 6 for performing a variety of control according to reception of the signal under setting in the communication part 5; a display part 7 for displaying information that the signal under setting is received by the control; and a storage part 8 for storing reception of the signal under setting by the control.
