A cargo screen for a vehicle is provided to facilitate the manufacturing process and to reduce the weight and manufacturing cost of the cargo screen by reducing the number of components for the cargo screen. A cargo screen(100) for a vehicle is installed between a rear seat and a hatch of the vehicle to cover a storage space(4) of the vehicle. The cargo screen comprises a winding unit(110), a screen(120) and a panel unit(130). The winding unit is disposed across the storage space and both ends of the winding unit are fixed to a side trim(2) of the vehicle. A rod is provided in a housing of the winding unit such that the screen is wound around the rod. As the screen is released from the winding unit, the screen covers the storage space. An end of the screen is exposed to an exterior and is connected to the panel unit.
