A device for testing a vane operation of a variable-vane pump is provided to compare a movement angle of a vane with the operation of a piston by forming a hydraulic circuit for controlling supply of oil. A device for testing a vane operation of a variable-vane pump comprises hydraulic jacks(10) installed at a cover(2) of a runner boss, a servo cylinder(20), a pipe type shaft(30), a control rod(40), a piston, a nut(60), an indicator base(70), an indicator(80), a magnetic measuring rod(90), a piston stopper(100), and a hydraulic driving device. The servo cylinder is contacted to an upper end of the hydraulic jack and has support edges(21) whose upper end is extended radially. The pipe type shaft, embedded into the servo cylinder, is vertically inserted into a center hollow part of the runner boss. The control rod is embedded in the pipe type shaft. The piston has a center part inserted into an assembling hole(51) installed at the upper end of the control rod, and an outer periphery contacted to the inside of the servo cylinder. The nut is assembled between the upper outer periphery of the assembling hole and the inner center part of the piston. The indicator base is fastened to the upper center of a recessed groove in the assembling hole. The indicator is placed on the indicator base. The magnetic measuring rod and the piston stopper are positioned on the support edges of the servo cylinder. The hydraulic driving device supplies the hydraulic pressure to a hydraulic hole formed at the side center of the servo cylinder.
