FIELD: medicine; cosmetology. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention can be applied to eliminate congenital or acquired skin cosmetic defects, to provide rehabilitation for gerontal skin changes and prevention of age-specific skin changes. Method of skin defect elimination and age-specific change prevention includes processes of cleaning, peeling, nutrition, moistening and protection from negative external effects. Deep cleaning and metabolic processes activation within skin cell is carried out by means of complex cosmetic mask which forms impermeable film generating light thermal effect, softening of horny layer and comedos, pores and veins preparation to nutrition and moistening. Cosmetic mask is applied after cleaning, peeling, nutrition and moistening providing skin smoothing and face contours correcting.
