FIELD: medicine; traumatology. ^ SUBSTANCE: device for calcaneal bursitis treatment consists of Welcrou's first and second belts crossed placed on foot, load belt longitudinally placed on foot and tension drum, thus load belt is perpendicularly attached to first tape Welcrou's first belt, with its end connected with rotary tension drum fixing Welcrou's second belt, located perpendicularly to load belt. Welcrou's first belt is cross-section to foot at level of metatarsal bone head. Welcrou's second belt is cross-section to foot and fixed on ankle joint at level of anklebones. Fist belt is tightened to possible painless increase of cross-section foot arch. Tension drum rotation provides tension of longitudinal belt, increasing longitudinal foot arch until before morbidity is disappeared in damaged area. Position is fixed within 2-4 days. Patient is prescribed with daily fast walking within 1 hour. ^ EFFECT: invention group allows unloading of plantar fascia overdistension injured fibres; removing pain syndrome and increasing of blood supply of calcaneal area. ^ 2 cl, 1 ex, 1 dwg |
