FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: functional activity of vegetative nervous system is analysed using spectral estimation of heart rhythm variability. At the end of the "" term pregnant woman suffering from obesity after 10-minutes of relaxation are examined using electrocardiogram in "" standard position "laying on back" with 5 min of biopotentials registration interval. Next examination is carried out after 10-minutes of relaxation in "laying on right side" with 5 min of biopotentials registration interval. Power value is evaluated within high frequency range of heart rhythm spectrum, registered in position "on back" (HFb) and "on right side" (HFrgt) in normalised units. Quantitative evaluation is provided with calculated coefficient of spectrum value variation within HF heart rhythm spectrum (in %) as position changed from "on back" to "on right side" (HFrgt/sec), by formula: HFrgt/sec=100%.(HFrgt-HFb)/HFb, where HFrgt/sec is coefficient of spectrum value variation within HF heart rhythm spectrum as position changed from "on back" to "on right side", HFb is normalised power value within HF heart rhythm spectrum, registered in position "on back", HFrgt is normalised power value within HF heart rhythm spectrum, registered in position "on right side". And if HFrgt/sec value is within the range 16.2±0.5 to 19.3±0.2%, gestosis is forecasted for pregnant woman suffering from obesity. ^ EFFECT: increased accuracy and reduced time of gestosis forecast. ^ 3 ex |
