FIELD: agriculture. ^ SUBSTANCE: device contains a power take-off drive from a shaft and includes a frame, a conic reversive reducer, a centrifugal pump to which funnel-shaped opening of the case is fixed unloading sleeve, a screw installed in the case. On screw shaft are mounted: a wheel of the centrifugal pump, a grinder, a mixer, and a protection fixed on the bottom end of the screw case. Grinder and a mixer are combined and are featuring the block from three disks fixed on a nave, and having the form of square with the side equal to 1.5 diameters of the screw. Square's angles are unbent in one side under an angle 30° to a disk plane. On the disk unbent part a cutting segments are fixed. Diameter of the circumscribed circle of an external part of cutting segments does not exceed 2.2 diameters of the screw. On each disk, by a face part to it, are fixed four vanes in such way that 1/4 part of vane length is located on a disk radially with displacement on 45° from a diagonal of a disk and is tangent to naves, and 3/4 of length - are rejected back concerning a rotation direction under an angle 40° and do not prominent by disk edge. The wheel of the centrifugal pump has three vanes, the working surfaces profile of which is featuring a logarithmic spiral, and number of screw turns is defined by expression where n - number of screw turns, rpm; D - external diameter of the screw, m; S - a twists pitch, m; g - gravity acceleration, km/s; f - friction factor of movement of a moved product against a casing; epsilon - an angle of an inclination of a particles true way of a moved product inside screw concerning forming of a casing, angle degree; alpha - a lifting angle of an external edge of the screw, angle degree; rho - a friction angle of a moved product against a casing at movement, angle degree. ^ EFFECT: reliable product moving and crushing in storehouse and increase of productivity and reliability of device work taking into account of product viscosity. ^ 3 dwg |
