<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide food and drink having natural immunity function, containing a composition which has natural immunity adjusting action, and especially, containing as a natural immunity adjustment functional substance, the extract or dry powder of Cordyceps sinensis, and further vitamin D3 and isoleucine. <P>SOLUTION: The natural immunity functional food and drink contains a composition which comprises at least the extract or dry powder of Cordyceps sinensis, vitamin D3, trehalose, and isoleucine, and has immunity adjusting action.
