<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food material which is suited for storage and enables easy cooking of highly nutritious garlic sprouts. <P>SOLUTION: Garlic sprouts are recognized as highly nutritious food material rich in fiber but are hardly served as daily food. Garlic sprouts are cut into appropriate length, drained and dipped in a seasoning mix 1 containing soy sauce, sweet rice wine and vinegar.
