<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a customer guide system for effectively guiding customers from a zone having many visitors to a zone having few visitors, in a large store or shopping center or in other areas of interest. <P>SOLUTION: Terminals 20, disposed in a plurality of zones forming a predetermined store area, output at least information about the store area, and accept operations on the terminals 20 from users and send operation acceptance data indicating the acceptance of the operations to a server 10. The server 10 receives the operation acceptance data and, based on the operation acceptance data received, determines the terminal 20 that accepts relatively few operations and the terminal 20 that accepts relatively many operations among the plurality of terminals 20.
