<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for proliferating and activating a γδT cell obtained from a T cell. <P>SOLUTION: The method comprises the processes of forming: a BCG-stimulated dendritic cell by stimulating a dendritic cell as an antigen-presenting cell using BCG (an attenuated live tubercule bacillus); and stimulating a T cell by the BCG-stimulated dendritic cell to proliferate and activate the aimed γδT cell.
