<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently display information on a book on a Web page and provide a feeling as if a customer is actually browsing the book at a bookstore, when the book is browsed via the Internet. <P>SOLUTION: When the information on the book is placed on one Web page, images of the spines of three books are displayed in line as in the actual bookstore on the one Web page. When the cursor is pointed to the image section of the spine of the book and is clicked, information including the titles, authors and prices of five books is displayed. When the cursor is pointed to the spine section of the books and is clicked, the cover images, titles, authors, and prices of six corresponding books, and information describing the details of the books are displayed, and the process moves to the Web page for a purchase procedure. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
