<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display the current time zone in a plurality of time zones having different power rates and the remaining time until the power rate changes. <P>SOLUTION: A 24-hour clock display part 34, in which one edge in a belt-like length direction becomes a start edge time display part 34a and the other edge in the length direction becomes an end edge time display part 34b, is displayed on a screen of a monitor A displaying information on energy. A current time of day display mark 35, displaying the current time of day at a position corresponding to a current time of day of the clock display part 34 while varying the display position of the belt-like clock display part 34, is set. The belt-like clock display part 34 is divided into a plurality of time zones differing in preset energy charge and classified into a plurality of divided time zone display parts 36a, 36b, 36c.
