<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To comfortably condition air in an indoor space by efficiently processing heat load near an outer wall of the indoor space in a building and the like. <P>SOLUTION: This air conditioning device 1 for conditioning air in the indoor space facing to the outer wall 9 from a ceiling, comprises a first suction opening 71, a second suction opening 72 and a supply opening 73. The first suction opening can suck the indoor air near the outer wall in the indoor space. The second suction opening can suck the outside air outside of the indoor space.
