PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-shielding adhesive sheet which can exhibit excellent light-shielding properties by using a thin and non- or low-conductive light-shielding printed layer. SOLUTION: The light-shielding adhesive sheet of the present invention is characterized in that it has a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer on at least either of the sides of a substrate and it has at least one light-shielding printed layer formed from a mixed ink composition containing at least one colorant selected from among a cyan colorant, a magenta colorant, and yellow colorant and a black colorant, the black colorant being contained in an amount of 5-75 wt.% based on the total weight of the colorants.
