PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive multifunctional recording apparatus with cordless telephone function, which is prevented from the influence of noise and allowed to be miniaturized. SOLUTION: A multifunction machine with a cordless telephone is provided with an attenuator (ATT) connected to the post stage of a transmitter voltage controlled oscillator (TXVCO) to reduce the influence of noise inputted from an antenna to a wireless part for performing wireless communication with a slave set. The wireless part is laid out on a position adjacent to a power supply part or a position adjacent to a circuit board of the control part while avoiding an area which is a carrying route of a recording medium and a reciprocal scanning area of a recording head.
