PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a program including a branch instruction, to efficiently use each processor element even if the execution frequency of each path is not constant in the execution period of the program. SOLUTION: In the execution program 130, a parallel execution control part 131 selects, based on execution history information 301 and total execution count information 302 stored in a memory 30 updated when the execution program 130 is executed, individual path codes for each path whose execution count to the total execution count of all paths is larger than a path selection threshold, assigns processor elements to a compensation path code 132 and the selected individual path codes according to the number of processor elements usable in target hardware, controls the elements to be executed in parallel, and revises each individual path code to be executed in parallel with the compensation path code every time the total execution count of all paths reaches a predetermined value.
